But we understand not all couples are looking for a summer wedding. So we’re delighted to offer much more choice – all year round.
This includes our festive winter weddings, and also our unique twilight weddings.

There’s a certain romance about the wintertime.
Think crisp, frosty lawns and trees. Roaring fires. Twinkling fairy lights. And of course, Christmas!
That’s what makes a winter wedding so festive.
In December, our hotel will be decorated throughout for the season. Our halls will be decked with glittering decorations and Christmas trees. And your wedding can take place in the midst of it all.
It really is a special time of celebration that enhances every wedding.
You can choose from a selection of wedding packages at the Hythe Imperial. But what are they?
In short, a wedding package is a great way to manage your budget. It includes a package of things for your wedding ceremony and celebration, for a fixed price.
We offer a varied choice of these packages, which you can tailor to your requirements. Some include things such as welcome drinks, a wedding breakfast, and even a stay at the hotel on your wedding night.
You’ll also be taken care of by our amazing Weddings Team, who will help you plan your wedding, and will be there on the day to make sure everything goes perfectly.
This is our most popular package for a magical festive wedding!
As our hotel is lit up for Christmas, enjoy your big day in the heart of it all with a big celebration.
So much is included in the price. Everything from welcome drinks, a three-course wedding breakfast, wine for the table, drinks for the toast, a toastmaster, use of the Ballroom for your party, an evening buffet and more.
It even includes a stay for the couple on their wedding night at the hotel, plus come back next year for a complimentary three-course dinner to celebrate your first wedding anniversary!
Prices for the December Winter Wedding package this year start at £13,360 for 80 guests.
This package is exclusively available on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays throughout December only.
The Winter Warmer Wedding package
You can still enjoy the magic of a winter wedding, in the months before or after Christmas.
Our Winter Warmer package starts from £5,295 for 50 guests. It includes welcome drinks of mulled wine or cider, a two-course wedding breakfast, wine, a grazing table for the evening, a DJ and use of the Ballroom, plus a stay at the hotel for the wedding couple on the night.
This package is available seven days a week in October and November, or January and February.
And now for something different… twilight weddings
Twilight weddings are another magical style of celebration that takes place a little later in the day, as the sun begins to set.
This unique blend of daytime and evening makes for truly stunning wedding photos in our gardens, on the terrace or the beach!
These weddings begin with welcome drinks and canapes, then a late ceremony around 5pm with your family and friends. Next, as day transitions into night, everyone can enjoy a hot fork buffet, then a celebration in our Ballroom with a disco.
Our Twilight Weddings package is also amazing value. For 2024 weddings, this package starts at £4,890 for 60 guests.
It’s available to book throughout the year, in the autumn, winter and early spring.
