Introducing our Moët & Chandon Bar

The Hythe Imperial is extremely proud to be the home of the only Moët & Chandon bar in Kent, with the only other one in the UK residing in Harrods in London. Champagne lovers are invited to recline in this ice paradise of a bar, and enjoy with breathtaking views of the seafront with a glass of “the champagne of success and glamour since 1743”.

This bar really is a treat and an absolute favourite with guests with a taste for the finer things in life.

Please Note: NO under 18 are allowed in the Moët & Chandon Bar and we operate on a first come, first served basis and are not taking table reservations.

We are thrilled to be hosting a variety of live music events in our Champagne bar this spring! Join us as we lead up to summer with performances from the incredible Thomas Abrahams & a DJ set to sip, dance and celebrate the season in style. Free entry, arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Famous Since 1860

Moët & Chandon is one of the most prestigious wineries in the world and owns a royal warrant to supply Queen Elizabeth II with champagne. More than 250 years old, the company’s most popular brand Brut Imperial was first introduced in the 1860s. Dom Pérignon, their brand most frequently referenced in popular culture, was named after a Benedictine Monk who had an enormous influence on the way wine is made today.
